GENERALLY
The general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order in our webshop. The agreement is concluded between you and Sadel Deal Sverige AB, corporate registration number 559473-2082. The minimum age for shopping in our e-commerce is 18 years.
PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT (25%). In some cases, saddles may be subject to profit margin tax, which is stated on the saddle in question. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately.
DISCOUNT CODES
When we have discount codes, these will appear in the shopping cart/checkout. The price will then be deducted directly from your shopping cart. Check that the discount code is still valid and has been processed if the price does not change.
SHIPPING
We generally use DHL Service Point when we ship goods. When your order has been shipped from us, you will receive a confirmation email with a shipping number to track your package. Shipping is charged at 89 SEK for smaller items and 350 SEK for saddles. For free shipping: choose to pick up at our store in Upplands Väsby after ÖK.
DELIVERIES
If the item is in stock, it usually takes 2-4 business days before the package is with you. Generally, all used saddles are in stock unless otherwise stated. Equipment may have a longer delivery time. Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 AM are usually shipped the same day, orders placed after that are shipped the following business day.
Your package will arrive at your nearest DHL agent. You will be notified via email or text message as you specified in your order.
MADE TO ORDER
You can almost always order items that we do not have in our own warehouse. It will then say “order item” and estimated delivery time in the item information. Ask if you can't find what you are looking for! We can often bring special items.
RETURN
If the saddle has been purchased via the Sadel Deals webshop, the customer has the right to try the saddle for fourteen (14) days. During this period, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase without any payment requirements other than the shipping cost. The customer must notify the return within these 14 days and return the saddle within 5 working days after the end of the trial period, i.e. 14 days.
Returns, when purchasing a saddle online, are included in the shipping price of the saddle. You will receive a return label after you notify us of the return.
Returns when purchasing equipment are paid for by the customer and are most easily purchased in the webshop.
There you fill in all your details, then we will book a shipping label that we will email to you. You stick it on your package and hand it in at your nearest DHL agent.
When you have shopped via KLARNA, you go into your app and mark the item as "return", then your purchase is paused until the item is returned to us.
OPEN BUY
Saddles: You have 14 days to return your purchase when purchasing online from the day you receive your order.
Other equipment: You have 14 days to return your order when purchasing online from the day you receive your order. If you want to change to a different size or item, we recommend that you place a new order in our webshop.
NOTE! All tags must remain on the products being returned! If the products are used, not in new condition, missing labels, with odor or hairs, etc., the return will not be accepted. We recommend returning in the same packaging in which the product was delivered.
UNRECOLLECTED PACKAGES
If you have not collected your package, it will automatically be sent back to us. We reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling and handling fees, currently 350 SEK + the usual shipping of 89 SEK.
COMPLAINT
The warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects within the warranty period and therefore does not cover defects that occur during or after use, or changes to the function and appearance of the goods, such as conversion, upgrading or other configuration of the goods. Your receipt serves as proof of warranty.
The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to applicable consumer protection legislation. If you discover that the goods are defective when you receive your order, you should contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you receive your order.
CONSUMER AGREEMENT – USED SADDLE
This agreement applies between Sadel Deal Sverige AB ( “Sadel Deal” ) and the buyer of a used saddle ( “Customer” ).

If the saddle has been purchased on site at Sadel Deal, the customer has a trial period of 7 days from the purchase. During the trial period, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase without payment being required.

If the saddle has been purchased via the Sadel Deals webshop, the customer has the right to try the saddle for fourteen (14) days. During this period, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase without payment. The customer must notify the return within these 14 days and return the saddle within 5 working days after the end of the trial period, i.e. 14 days.

For returns to be accepted, the saddle must be in the same condition as when purchased.

The customer is aware that the saddle is a used item that is transferred in its existing condition and that the purchase price has been adjusted according to the saddle's condition.
Saddle Deal makes no guarantees regarding the fit or durability of the saddle.

The agreed price between the Customer and Sadel Deal applies unless otherwise specifically agreed in each individual case. Shipping within Sweden is additional when purchasing online, return shipping is included. When delivering abroad, shipping is additional and is determined in each individual case.

Payment is made before delivery of the saddle, either according to instructions in the webshop or on site at Sadel Deal.

The customer undertakes to examine the saddle immediately after purchase and to ensure that the saddle is in accordance with the specification. If the customer believes that the saddle is defective, Sadel Deal must be notified within a reasonable time from delivery. Complaints must be made in writing to info@sadeldeal.se.

In the event that the parties agree that the saddle is to be returned, the saddle must be received by Sadel Deal no later than five (5) working days from the parties' agreement on return. When returned, the saddle must be returned in the original packaging and approved packaging. The customer is responsible for any transport damage in the return. A return shipping label is included with online purchases, and the collected saddle must be returned by the buyer.

Sadel Deal's liability for defects in goods is limited to what follows from these general terms and conditions and the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932) when purchasing after testing and the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises when purchasing in the webshop. However, additional rights for the customer may follow from the respective manufacturer's own guarantees. Sadel Deal is not liable for indirect damage resulting from a faulty saddle.

Sadel Deal disclaims all liability for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations to the Customer to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by a force majeure event. Force majeure means war, political unrest, strike, lockout, blockade, fire, accident, government decision, pandemic or other circumstance beyond Sadel Deal's control and the adverse impact of which Sadel Deal could not reasonably have avoided.

The customer consents to the collection and processing of such personal data as is necessary to perform Sadel Deal's obligations. The customer gives his explicit consent to Sadel Deal to collect, retain and process personal data, in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Regulation.
- Disputes arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and Sadel Deal shall be assessed in accordance with Swedish law and finally resolved through proceedings in a general court, where the Stockholm District Court shall be the first and only instance.
