Sara is an exceptionally talented rider who has worked for many years with Rolf-Göran Bengtsson. Back home in Sweden, Sara has given much-appreciated jumping lessons.

From her time as an active show jumper, Sara has firsthand knowledge of what is required from the saddle to perform at the top level. She is familiar with the anatomy of both horse and rider, and understands what is required for a saddle to truly fit its new equipment.

Dion has worked with horses his entire life. First as a competition groom at the highest level and most recently 11 years as a saddle tester and Sales Manager at CWD and Butet in Europe. With his extremely well-trained eye and long experience, Dion is usually able to predict the fit of the saddle very accurately. He has a great understanding of the horse's musculature and how the saddle needs to fit to perform.

What Dion doesn't know about saddles isn't worth knowing!

Malin is often the one you "meet" behind the scenes at Sadel Deal. She sits in the chat, receives saddles, takes photos, writes and lends them out. A lot of the administration and marketing of the saddles is handled by Malin. She is also often the one who remembers the markings or the different meanings of the numbers on the saddles and definitely the one who likes to sort, label and keep our stock in order!
