RETURN

If the saddle has been purchased via the Sadel Deals webshop, the customer has the right to try the saddle for fourteen (14) days. During this period, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase without payment. The customer must notify the return within these 14 days and return the saddle within 5 working days after the end of the trial period, i.e. 14 days.

Returns, when purchasing a saddle online, are included in the shipping price of the saddle. You will receive a return label with return shipping booked with the delivery of your saddle.

Returns when purchasing equipment are paid for by the customer and are most easily purchased in the webshop.
There you fill in all your details, we will then book a shipping label for you and then email you a shipping label. You stick it on your package and hand it in at your nearest DHL agent.

When you have shopped via KLARNA, you go into your app and mark the item as "return", then your purchase is paused until the item is returned to us.

OPEN BUY

Saddles : you have a 14-day return period when purchasing online from the day you receive your order.

Other equipment: you have 14 days of free return when purchasing online from the day you receive your order. If you want to change to a different size or item, we recommend that you place a new order in our webshop.

NOTE! All tags must remain on the products being returned, if the products are used, not in new condition or missing labels, the return will not be accepted. We recommend returning in the same packaging in which the product was delivered.

UNRECOLLECTED PACKAGES

If you have not collected your package, it will automatically be sent back to us. We reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling and handling fees, currently 350 SEK + the usual shipping of 89 SEK.
