FAQ - sending saddles

Keep this in mind when shipping your saddle:

CUSTOM CARTON

An optimal saddle box for a jumping saddle has dimensions of 60 x 40 x 50cm - slightly larger for a dressage saddle. Often a regular moving box works well. Pack the saddle carefully with the saddle cover on. Lay the saddle down with the seat first, usually you can bend the covers slightly inwards to be able to close the box.

The most important thing is to protect the back arch of the saddle. Feel free to put bubble wrap around the saddle if you feel unsure. NOTE! Do not fill the box with anything else. Tape it well with packing tape. Tape over the holes for the handles if you are packing in a moving box.

If you have received a shipping label from us, print it out, attach it to the package and submit it to any DHL Service Point.

COSTS

Shipping costs for purchasing a saddle are currently SEK 399. Of course, there are no shipping costs when picking up at our office in Upplands Väsby.

Shipping costs when selling saddles through us are included in the basic fee and are therefore not paid separately.
